A lovely 3 inch ruffle graces the edge of this classic swag window treatment.

Made of 100% cotton. Machine wash, air dry. Fully lined. Consists of 2 pieces 43" long on the outside edges with 3" ruffle attached. Width of each piece is 38". Fabric choices can be viewed below.
