General Shipping Info

1. Most items will ship out within 4 to 7 working days. Many items will ship out within 24-48 hours. Items which take longer will be noted in the product description. Since we do not stock all of the items on our website, your order may be shipped directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, there may occasionally be a delay in the shipment of your order that is out of our control. We will make every effort to keep you informed if we anticipate any delay in fulfilling your order. If you need to check on an order, please feel free to email us for an update.

2. We ship most domestic orders FedEx Home Delivery (ground). However, we may use UPS instead if it will expedite your delivery. If you prefer one carrier over the other please note this in the comment section of your order. It is the policy of both FedEx and UPS to require a street address for delivery. FedEx and UPS do not to ship to P.O. boxes. If you need an order delivered to a P.O. box we will send the order via USPS.

3.Shipping charges are calculated during checkout and are based on weight. We regret that shipping charges are not refundable in the event of a return.
